How to Wear Hijab with Glasses

Glasses are being substitute with lenses but it takes so much time and effort to wear lenses, therefore I believe most of us prefer glasses.
Wearing glasses can be a pain at times; the arms of the glasses can be too tight and cause you headache, especially wearing hijab on top of them also. The frames of glasses have a big importance in wearing them with hijab;

First of all let’s talk about an easy and comfortable way to wear your glasses with hijab. Take your hijab and pin it good under the chin and keep wrapping but not all of it; put the arm of the glasses but not by touching your skin, put it over the hijab so it won’t cause you any headache and in the same time easier to take them off. After putting the glasses on, wrap for the last time and that’s it. Perfectly fit and comfortable, especially for the rainy days where you have to take off your glasses constantly to wipe. Very easy to do so; less headache and very comfortable.

As I mentioned earlier the frames of the glasses play a big role. Try not to go for big frames, because it will cover most of your face. Also keep in mind that glasses that are too wide at the sides will not look good on hijab because it will be pushing it up.

You can also wear glasses by wearing a double hijab. A thin cover underneath, pinned under the ears and wrap it all behind. Now take the final cover; it depends what you like, may be same color or different just to give it a bit of contrast. Wrap it over the thin hijab and pin it on the side. You can make it flat on the top by pinned more or just leave it like that.
